Dear Customer, we kindly ask you to read our terms & conditions before booking our tours. Feel free to contact us in case you have any questions.

By booking tours with Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat and apply specifically for online bookings.


Your booking made through our website will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving it; in most cases, it will be immediately confirmed. With written confirmation, we guarantee all booked services.

No deposits are required for confirmed bookings. Tours will be paid with a credit card before providing service. All prices are final, expressed in EURO. It is possible to make payments in euros, US dollars, or any currency that Stripe supports. The price stated on the confirmation list includes the added value tax (VAT).

All payments will be in your local currency as we use the Stripe payment system.

Bank transfer

Credit cards

Once-only payments can be made by the following credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa®, and American Express®.


While conducting payments on our tour shop, you are using the payment processor Stripe – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

Credit card purchase security statement

Stripe, the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council no. 2016/679, and is compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulation for data transfers.

Stripe uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.

The following customer’s data are necessary to fulfill the Agreement (authorization and payment):

  • Name and Surname
  • E-mail
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Post Code
  • Country
  • Type of credit card
  • Credit card number
  • Expiry date (credit card)
  • CVV number for credit card

Stripe does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization, and the payment.

Stripe ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational, or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.

All payments will be effected in customers’ local currency.



Rewind Dubrovnik takes data protection and privacy very seriously. We collect only relevant and necessary data to accomplish the specified purpose and to meet our obligations. Our buyers are informed about the way the collected data is used. Moreover, they can control and determine how their personal data is used. Buyers can also decide whether they want their name removed from the list used for marketing campaigns.


By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that Rewind Dubrovnik can use photos you took on the boat tour across our social media channels and website.


On all of our tours, there is a possibility to add Booking Flex. With Booking Flex, you can cancel your booking within 24hr notice. Cancel up to the time of your booking with a full refund, minus this protection fee. Cancellations must be communicated latest at the scheduled booking time. Otherwise, the entire booking will be charged.


In case of delay, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation or on our website. The provider is not obliged to provide the confirmed service in case of delay, although whenever it is possible, we’ll do our best to provide the service according to the booking. In instances where it is not possible, you’ll be offered an optional substitute.

Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund, and please inform us as soon as possible via email or telephone. If a Customer cancels the tour or shortens it of his own will, we are not obliged to reduce the price. Under no circumstances will credit card processing fees be refunded.

In bad weather, the Customer will receive a refund or be offered a booking with an alternative date and time.

Please take note that bank transfer requires 3-7 business days.

Any unregulated issues will be governed by Croatian law.


As our private boat tours are tailored to provide an exclusive and personalized experience for our clients, punctuality is essential for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable tour. We kindly request that you arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

In the event that clients are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled pick-up, we reserve the right to proceed with the tour without waiting for the latecomers. In such cases, the clients will be responsible for making their own arrangements to meet the boat at a pre-determined meeting point, without any financial compensation or reimbursement from our company.

By booking a private boat tour with us, clients acknowledge and agree to this Late Arrival Policy and understand that it is their responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled departure to fully enjoy their exclusive boat tour experience.


We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants. However, we cannot guarantee that all services and facilities will be accessible or available for every participant. If you have any special needs or require specific accommodations, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can do our best to meet your requirements.


We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance coverage. The Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the boat. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on tour.


Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the Customer’s responsibility, and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.


Neither Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, delay, or expense caused to the Customer, its employees, licensees or invitees, or any other person or any other persons attending the booked tour except insofar as such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from the proven negligence or deliberate action or omission of the Company.


Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat is insured for claims arising from liability for the death, injury to the body or health, or destruction of the belongings of a third party while the staff/owner of the boat is using the boat.


We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the terms and conditions before booking a tour. By continuing to use our services after any updates or modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.


An adult must accompany tour participants under 18 years.


All pets are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for them.
