Dear Customer, we kindly ask you to read our terms & conditions before booking our tours. Feel free to contact us in case you have any questions.

By booking tours with Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat and apply specifically for online bookings.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Your booking made through our website will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving it; in most cases, it will be immediately confirmed. With written confirmation, we guarantee all booked services.

No deposits are required for confirmed bookings. Tours will be paid with a credit card before providing service. All prices are final, expressed in EURO. It is possible to make payment in euro, US dollars, or Croatian Kuna, the Croatian national currency (Kn – HRK), according to the Croatian National Bank medium rate valid on the day of the transaction. The price stated on the confirmation list includes the added value tax (VAT).

Notice on prices in foreign currencies (EUR, etc.)

All payments will be done in HRK. Your credit card is charged with the amount obtained by converting the foreign currency to HRK, based on the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to the local currency, based on the card company’s exchange rate. As a result, minor differences between prices listed on our websites are possible.

STATEMENT ON THE SECURITY OF ONLINE PAYMENTS

While conducting payments on our tour shop you are using the Booking system Orioly and WS PAY – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

Credit card purchase security statement

WSpay, being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulation for data transfers.

WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.

The following customer’s personal data are necessary to fulfill the Agreement (authorization and payment):

  • Name and Surname
  • E-mail
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Post Code
  • Country
  • Type of credit card
  • Credit card number
  • Expiry date (credit card)
  • CVV number for credit card

WSPay does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization, and the payment.

WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational, or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

USER PRIVACY NOTICE

Rewind Dubrovnik takes data protection and privacy very seriously. We collect only relevant and necessary data to accomplish the specified purpose and to meet our obligations. Our buyers are informed about the way the collected data is used, moreover, they can control and determine how their personal data is used. Buyers can also decide whether they want their name removed from the list used for marketing campaigns.


DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

In case of delay, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation or on our website. The provider is not obliged to provide the confirmed service in case of delay, although whenever it will be possible we’ll do our best to provide the service according to the booking. In cases when it is not possible, you’ll be offered an optional substitute.

Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund, and please inform us as soon as possible via email or telephone. If a Customer cancels the tour or shortens it by his own will, we are not obliged to reduce the price.

In case of bad weather, the Customer will receive a full refund, or be offered a booking with an alternative date and time.

Please take note that bank transfer requires 3-5 business days.

Any unregulated issues will be governed by Croatian law.

SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS

Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however, we are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers. Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, minibusses, vans, and cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance coverage. The Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the boat. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on the tour.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the responsibility of the Customer and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Neither Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, delay, or expense caused to the Customer, its employees, licensees or invitees or any other person or any other persons attending the booked tour except insofar as such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from the proven negligence or deliberate action or omission of the Company.

THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE

Rewind Dubrovnik by Boat is insured for the claims that occurred from liability for the death, injuries of the body or health or destruction of the belongings of the third person while the staff/owner of the boat is using the boat. 

YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS

An adult must accompany tour participants under 18 years.

PETS

All pets are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for them.
